You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For products that come with SD card, the 30-day return will be VOID if you have removed the SD card from your system or tried to modify the system.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We can not refund for the package that still in transit.
Please also note that we are not responsible for the replacement of any controllers or game pads come with the our kits/bundles unless it has been reported as defective within 10 days from the delivery date.
If the product is claimed as defective, additional information (photos/screenshots/videos etc) may be requested for confirmation purposes.
In the case that you changed your mind and the product is not defective, we are not responsible for the shipping cost and any import taxes of the returned item. Also, if the product is not defective, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund through the original payment method. Please note, it may take an average of 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed by our system.
